I have gone to one other local dealer, and did not have the experience like I did at Lee Hyundai. I called in looking for a Jeep that I stumbled across on a website. I spoke to Kristen and she made sure that everything I needed to look and test drive the Jeep Cherokee would be ready (and was) upon my arrival. Once I arrived Kristen introduced me to Dave Clark. Dave was awesome! From the test drive to financing he made everything stress free. I even kept him there late and felt bad for that. He reassured me that it was totally fine. Jose in finance was friendly and accommodating and went through all the paperwork throughly. From the time I walked into Lee Hyundai to the time I left (which was way after closing) they were so professional and courteous and made this a breeze for me with my new purchase. Engine blew . Had extended warranty through Rick Hendrick Toyota, THEY DID ABSOLUTLY NOTHING!!! Brought over to Lee hyundai and Telita tate did research to fi . Had extended warranty through Rick Hendrick Toyota, THEY DID ABSOLUTLY NOTHING!!! Brought over to Lee hyundai and Telita tate did research to find out vehicle had warranty coverage still for 2nd owner. Vehicle was handled promptly and even when I discovered o2 sensor was bad it was covered also and taken care of. This is my second hyundai, (2005 Tucson first) now a 2013 accent. I like hyndai to begin with but the warranty coverage makes me love them even more. More

I live two hours away from the dealership, but I had purchased two new Hyundais from them in the past, and I knew that they are a great dealership and great people to deal with, so it was well worth the trip. Kristin, Thaddeus and Drew all went the extra mile to get me the deal I needed on the exact vehicle that my wife wanted: a 2017 Hyundai Tucson SE. Knowing that we had a four-hour round trip, they went out of their way to make sure that we had a firm deal and everything was in place so that we could come in, my wife could take the test drive and we could complete the paperwork and be on our way in record time (for a new car sale, anyway). Thaddeus was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my wife's question during her test drive, even making an extra stop to let her try our the backup camera, and getting out on the interstate to see how the Tucson handled merging into traffic at speed. Kristin spent hours with us going over the details of the deal, answering all our questions and getting us the price we needed. Drew went above and beyond to make sure that we would be completely satisfied with our new Hyundai and the deal we received. Jose was very professional in the finance department and he was very sensitive to our need to complete the deal and get back on the road, considering that we made a four-hour round trip to pick up my wife's new Tucson! and it was well worth it!
