"TOTALLY UNBELIEVABLE!"

Will at Lee Hyundai was a delight to work with, very friendly and knowledgeable! He got me the BEST deal ever! I'd purchased an Elantra last July and owed around $11,400 on it. When I tell you, Will worked some magic, He did! I was VERY doubtful that he could get a deal for me but He went to bat for me. I wasn't easy to deal with, I must admit. Every time I said "no" he would go back in and try again. I truly admire his determination to get his customer the best deal and payment that you can be comfortable with. I wanted a larger vehicle and thanks to Will and the Lee Hyundai staff, you made it all possible! I'm loving my new Sonata! I will definitely refer my friends to you. Thanks. Francine

"Exemplary Customer Service"

On the day I bought my new car...let me just say "the car i had no intentions of purchasing". I had previously purchased a 2016 Elantra earlier last year. I had a flat tire and quickly learned that not having the spare tire was a bad deal. The 1800 Road Side service was 2hrs out and AAA didn't know if they could handle this situation . As woman I was very upset and terrified to be stranded on the road. Speed forward I brought my Elantra in to have tired repaired and serviced. The service manager was very kind he listened to me and made me feel as though he cared. That feeling made me ask to see a sales person. I was introduced to Emma. She was kind,not pushy and she also listened to my concerns. Because of her customer service and her drive to push for quality service and not quantity...I purchased a 2017 Sonata. Emma you Rock. Her honesty was tested and she passed with flying colors.

"Service"

I bought my car at Lee Hyundai. I was told that I would get a "loaner" when I brought my car for service. No loaner! I took my car to Pinehurst Hyundai and had service done there. I decided to give Lee Hyundai another chance. Made an appointment for service. Got there, was raining, park the car at the service parking lot, went inside and told the service person that I had an appointment. Told him my name and he told me to go back out and bring the car inside. "Was raining". I went back outside and left never to go back. There are more reasons as to why I will never go back to Lee's Hyundai. Never had a good experience at Lee's.

"Excellent car buying experience"

Went to Lee Hyundai to get my older model sonata checked out by the service department. While I was there I decided to ask about my possible options for a trade in. I was greeted by Dave and I explained what I needed. He listened very well and made me feel comfortable. He delivered everything I asked for. I got a great value for my trade in and he put me in a car I absolutely love. The whole process was a breeze. The sales team was very professional and never pushy or aggressive. This was one of the best decisions I've made by going to Lee Hyundai. I left happy and satisfied with a brand new Hyundai Sonata Sport with all the bells and whistles. Thanks so much Lee Hyundai but a special thank you and shout to to Dave. You're awesome! Your customer service is the best car buying experience I've ever had. Big ups to you Dave!

"Another great Lee Hyundai Service Experience"

Our last service visit at Lee Hyundai was outside the norm but turned out superbly given the Lee Hyundai Service Team. One of our two Hyundais had developed a leak in the trunk. As it turned out this model and year had a record of such problems. Lee Hyundai researched that and proposed a plan that accommodated our schedules and provided a loaner when it became clear that fixing it would take a couple days. "Engine blew"

Engine blew . Had extended warranty through Rick Hendrick Toyota, THEY DID ABSOLUTLY NOTHING!!! Brought over to Lee hyundai and Telita tate did research to find out vehicle had warranty coverage still for 2nd owner. Vehicle was handled promptly and even when I discovered o2 sensor was bad it was covered also and taken care of. This is my second hyundai, (2005 Tucson first) now a 2013 accent. I like hyndai to begin with but the warranty coverage makes me love them even more.

"In service Department, 3 hour for oil change, dirty car!! "

My wife made schedule to have regular oil change, They took 3 hour to finish just that. They offer free wash and what they did is clean with a cloth only the driver side and put water at the rest... They had that day 9 other customer more longer than me making complaint. I called the General Manager of the dealer and at the beginning He was not having a tone of believe what I was telling Him. Then He called to my wife to confirmed they were not doing there job but excuse and apologize of the situation and careless the time of my wife spend in the dealer service department.The sad part is this is the second time it happen and there is no more place to go in this city. I don't recomen their service. They have 'D" as score.
