Great experience at Kia Service Dept I have had an excellent experience with Lee Johnson Chevrolet thus far. Several years ago, I purchased a used car from the Kirkland dealership. I hav I have had an excellent experience with Lee Johnson Chevrolet thus far. Several years ago, I purchased a used car from the Kirkland dealership. I have not had any problems, other than the usual .wear and tear. When someone stopped me while driving to tell me that I had NO brake lights, I went to the Kia area of the service pod. I was greeted by Joshua Baxter (who was extremely upbeat, friendly and helpful). He was swamped, but managed to fit me in (after trying to fix the issue himself). It turned out that I had had 7 lights that had burned out---they replaced them, I was charged a reasonable price and was out the door within an hour! After negative experiences with other service companies (the most recent being Goodyear in Redmond), I will have my servicing done at this facility because so far, they deserve my trust. More
