I was shown a test of my battery which indicated a new one should be in my near future. I had been noticing a sluggish start and didn’t dispute the recommendation. My comment is that your replacement cost is not competitive, as I went elsewhere and got a six year battery, installed, for $50 less. Similar to the replacement tire cost which I also commented on with regard to your non competitive pricing (and went elsewhere), I believe there is room for improvement in your price structures if you want to maximize your business.
