This was a huge surprise to me because I just bought the car. Clearly upset I said that it was a bunch of BS since I just bought the car, well after talking to a few people they went above just telling me I am SOL and worked with me to make something happen. They do treat you with a lot of respect her and with the few things that have gone since I have had the car they have helped or fixed the problem hassle free. More

Usual Excellent Mazda Service I brought our 2016 Mazda3 in for a windshield wiper relay recall. I mentioned to the service manager, Scott,, that my tire pressure warning light h I brought our 2016 Mazda3 in for a windshield wiper relay recall. I mentioned to the service manager, Scott,, that my tire pressure warning light had just come on. When the car was ready he told me that there had been a nail in a tire, which they had repaired. I was dreading buying a car and all the horror stories, but Captain and the whole team were informative, personable and reasonable when we were talking about pricing and nitty gritty details. I also really appreciated the walkthrough of all the car's features before we drove off the lot so I knew how everything worked. While it was a long day, I have to say Captain even made the experience fun. :) Thank you Lee Johnson! Ps. the car washes are great - I already had to use it as I took my car camping for the long weekend. Now she's nice and sparkly again.
