After our independent repair shop changed hands, we found ourselves going back multiple times for the same issues on the Olds. We'd had good luck with the Mazda at LJ, and started taking the older Olds. First visit solved a six-month problem that had stumped the other shop. If their hourly rate is a bit higher, it's worth it knowing that it's fixed the first time. Chad's great to work with. Free and colorful shuttle to work and back. I met with Jeremy Hayes and told him where I needed to be price wise and car wise. He went to see if my terms could be met and unfortunately I was asking for more than they were willing to do. We shook hands and I went home. Honest and upfront with no haggling, The next morning I received a call saying they would agree to my terms and I could come in and make the purchase. Jeremy had gone to the GM of Lee Johnson and explained the situation and my offer. He got him to agree and we have a new car! Jeremy was honest, understood where I was coming from and I understood where he was coming from. He took the extra step to make us reach a deal and we are both happy with it! Great Job Jeremy! More

They do an OUTSTANDING job taking care of you, are reasonably priced, and will even help find you all of the discounts that are available!
