No problem with the dealership or the service department, or the service staff. I only have an issue with the way they handle warranty service. It may not be their fault, but the warranty companies control or the service staff. I only have an issue with the way they handle warranty service. I think the dealership should take on that wait and the risk that the warranty may or may not be approved, and allow the customer to be serviced immediately.and be on their way. More

Excellent service as always, except there was a mixup and confusion with the paperwork with Brian a new employee. I received another customer’s paperwork plus my own paperwork had exorbitant charges tha and confusion with the paperwork with Brian a new employee. I received another customer’s paperwork plus my own paperwork had exorbitant charges that I had not requested but looked like I approved by my signature. ??? Thankfully I was not charged or the items charged were not mentioned to me. ***I requested oil change and tire rotation but don’t see tire rotation on my paperwork. LOVE the car wash and vacuuming!!!
