Went in and got an approval for a 2021 Nissan Sentra and it was expensive so I told them I could get financing through my bank if it couldnt be lower....do they got a lower interest rate and Monthly payment it was expensive so I told them I could get financing through my bank if it couldnt be lower....do they got a lower interest rate and Monthly payment for me so right before going back in to sign the papers I noticed the sales associate made a mistake on the miles of my trade in and when I corrected the mistake the sales associate said he had to submit new paperwork and wouldnt know till the following Monday.....20 min later he messaged me and said he had an approval for a 2020 Nissan Sentra SV for 600 a month and that was the best he could do!! Yes that's right they decided I could no longer have the car I test drove but took it up on themselves to do a hard inquiry and get an approval for a car I never asked for test drove or even seen completely illegal. It is also weird that their used cars are priced several thousand dollars over the new models of the same car More

service department is great ! , only issue i have is, as i waited to have my Nissan serviced this morning a gun toting coward was allowed to walk around the waiting room with a , only issue i have is, as i waited to have my Nissan serviced this morning a gun toting coward was allowed to walk around the waiting room with a gun on his hip with extra clips while he waited for his vehicle , he also had a child with him , nobody was comfortable with the coward with a gun and many rounds of ammo, Firearms should not be allowed on the premises , I'm sure non of the people waiting felt safe with him walking around , i will never go back to the dealership , i find it disturbing Lee Nissan let a Coward walk around packing a gun.!! More
