I am satisfied that the service I needed was completed correctly. When I drove home on Thursday, my tire pressure light was on, therefore the service department did not check my tire pressure. It's not mandatory, but it would have been nice to have it done. Also, when I reached for my state ID tag, the lendar was pinned under the shifter board. I had to remove my ID from the lendar to use to get in the building. I work in Raleigh and don't get off until 4:00 when your Service Department closes, and you are not opened on Saturdays anymore. I like to service the area I live in, but your hours make it very inconvenience. Youa all are always nice, but I have to take leave from work to have any service done there. I took off 2 days in the last month to have service done there. Now I can't use my lendar for my work ID. SMH, this is all I have, otherwise, great team! More
