We made contact with Steven Bishop to obtaint signed copies of our additional warranty agreement. He told us he’d send them via email. It’s been 2 weeks since our conversation and we have not received the email.
We received a card from the warranty company, but it states the card expires 09/26/2022. We believed the warranty was good for 5 years. The card is only good for 3 years.
Please help us to understand what’s going on?
