I had to request a receipt for my initial deposit several times before I was emailed a copy, Then (months later) the deposit was forgotten on the final paperwork. However, I couldn't check myself since I was not given a copy. When I questioned what I thought I remembered, the mistake was corrected, but it could easily have been avoided. More

Salesman Evan was great, problem was with the sales manger. Anticipating an issue with my trade in value I printed out several estimates from well known, reputable websites (one was on Lee’s own websi manger. Once the new vehicle arrived (after 4 months) they reduced the original estimated trade in value by another $1,000, which was $1,000 to $2,000 below the online estimates. I nearly walked away from the deal, but vowed to take my business elsewhere going forward. I’ve purchased at least a dozen vehicles from Lee and this will most likely be my last. More
So dissatisfied, frustrated, and angry. . after an initial inspection and evaluation of my 2018 Toyota 4 runner we agreed on a trade in amount and proceeded to purchase a new rave 4. Yesterday the car arrived and we were making arrangements to pick up the new car. This morning I was told that I had to bring my 4 runner in to be RE-EVALUATED. When I spoke to DYLAN he was surprised to here we had not been told of this . He said as of the last month it was there new policy. WE HAVE NEVER RECEIVED ANY CALL FROM ANYONE EVER, if I had I would have brought my car in for a new evaluation .. But now I feel that they appreciate dishonest, dismissive and lousy business people who know that they can sell the car I waited for over4 months for more money! They should have communicated with me and we could have had a much better outcome More
