Fraudulent warranty contracts will take your money, but never submit paper work or check to the warranty companies. Fraudulent state inspections selling cars that have engine issues. Hidden fees added on never submit paper work or check to the warranty companies. Fraudulent state inspections selling cars that have engine issues. Hidden fees added on at the end of sale that have nothing to do with taxes, tags or title. They rarely answer the phone and when they do they're rude and place you on hold for extremely long wait times More
Worse place to get a vehicle. They hide codes so make sure you have a code reader that can see deleted codes and someone knowledgeable about vehicles with you, they do random insp They hide codes so make sure you have a code reader that can see deleted codes and someone knowledgeable about vehicles with you, they do random inspections after you pay for the vehicle which then messes the vehicle up even more (how can a vehicle pass inspection if the vehicle is messed up?) yet passed Va inspection which says y’all paid someone to pass it, the price online is only for trade in or finance which they don’t tell you, they don’t give you the bill of sale so how can you do anything with motor vehicles without the bill of sale, and they aren’t honest about what’s wrong with the vehicles. You think you’re getting a vehicle that is at least decent per their description but no. Then they have you get parts from a gas station that doesn’t even carry the parts you went to them for. I wouldn’t even have my worse enemy get a vehicle here. Gonna report this company asap. Took my money and gave me a piece of garbage that is going to cost so much to not only fix but to get tags for. Don’t waste your time nor money. More
This dealership is the worse ! !! Literally they are all full of broken promises they sold me a car that didn’t even pass VA state inspection & didn’t inform me until after I signed !! Literally they are all full of broken promises they sold me a car that didn’t even pass VA state inspection & didn’t inform me until after I signed all the papers !!! The worst part is that MIKE the guy who sold me the car told me don’t worry come back in a month when my mechanic comes back & we will fix the issue so the car can pass state inspection we will even extended the temporary tags so we can get this done. When it came time to extended the temp tags there was an issue I couldn’t resolve anything on the phone they just kept giving me the runaround & their famous line “I’ll find out & give you a call back” (spoiler alert they NEVER call back) I had to take time off work to go in person & demand my temp tags that was promised to me when I purchased the car ! What’s sad is that, that’s only the start of my problems with this dealership. Now that it’s time to fix the car they once again gave me the runaround they gotta order parts & etc. that it would take 2 days. That was last week & no one has reached out to me. What was supposed to be a good 1st car for my little sister is turning out to be a nightmare I wish I would have just walked out & never took the car home my BIGGEST MISTAKE LITERALLY AVIOD THIS DEALERSHIP THEY ARE SCAMMERS THEY DONT DO ANYTHING FOR THE CUSTOMERS EXPECT LIE TO YOUR FACE & STEAL YOUR MONEY. Still no tags, had to pay for everything that needed to be fixed out of pocket was told that my car just needed to pass MD state inspection & they would give me my tags Only to find out that when I called today they told me that the issues a refund on October 18th , 2025 for 194.00 so I can go to the MVA & get my tags. So many unanswered questions why didn’t anyone tell me until now ? After I’ve gone in person & spoken to the manager Miguel, why until now tell me this information ? When for months I was told the opposite ?! Why does the dealership lie so much smh I’ve wasted so much of my own money to fix the problems that this dealership was supposed to fix this makes no sense More
The vehicle was exactly as described, clean, and well-maintained. The paperwork process was smooth and efficient, and everything was transparent with no hidden surprises. I really appreciated how re well-maintained. The paperwork process was smooth and efficient, and everything was transparent with no hidden surprises. I really appreciated how respectful and honest Mike was ...Overall, this was one of the easiest and most stress-free car-buying experiences I’ve had. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a reliable car and great customer service. More
My recent experience with Leesburg Auto Imports and salesmen Anthony Walker and Moises was nothing short of deliberate deception, bait-and-switch fraud, and complete disregard for professional integrit salesmen Anthony Walker and Moises was nothing short of deliberate deception, bait-and-switch fraud, and complete disregard for professional integrity. Mr. Walker aggressively pursued me for business, calling repeatedly, leaving voicemails that bordered on harassment, and ultimately convincing me to drive three hours with my family (on the eve of my redeployment to Iraq) under the assurance that financing had been approved and the vehicle in question was legitimate. I explicitly confirmed with him, more than once, that the Maybach he advertised was not a lemon, and I would not drive unless the deal was genuine. Upon arrival, Walker cowardly refused to acknowledge me, hiding outside while another associate admitted that financing was denied because the car was, in fact, a lemon, exactly what I had asked about twice. To make matters worse, they attempted to inflate the sticker price by $20,000 until caught, then attempted to divert me into another vehicle I never requested. This was not a mistake, it was a calculated bait-and-switch scheme. The entire operation reeks of fraud and regulatory violations. Walker’s silence, the inflated pricing attempt, and the fabricated approval were not errors, they were deliberate misrepresentations designed to trap a customer. These are violations that fall under the jurisdiction of multiple enforcement bodies, including the Virginia Attorney General, the Virginia DMV Dealer Board, the Federal Trade Commission, and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. This review is not the end of it. I am filing formal complaints with all relevant state and federal authorities, and I will ensure a record of their misconduct is logged with the Better Business Bureau. In addition, their practices will be highlighted on every consumer review platform available: Google, Yelp, Cars.com, DealerRater, and Edmunds, so that potential buyers are fully aware of who they are dealing with. Let me be absolutely clear, this dealership will not continue these practices without scrutiny. Their reputation will suffer the weight of public exposure and regulatory inquiry until their license to operate is placed under review. Final Warning to Consumers: Do not set foot in this establishment. If you do, expect lies, hidden problems, false approvals, and intentional deception. Leesburg Auto Imports has chosen to conduct business in the shadows. I intend to drag them into the light. More
