I visited the dealership to have a look at new cars to - lmariemcd

I visited the dealership to have a look at new cars to replace my 14 year old Subaru. A new Subaru was on my list as well as the Prius and a Corolla Cross. I purchased a Toyota Prius. Everyone we talked to was knowledgeable, friendly, attentive. and patient. Although it took some time for me to make my final decision I felt no real pressure.

This is the second time I've been so impressed with the - debbie.sacramo

This is the second time I've been so impressed with the service department. They took care of a previous recall repair after me making one phone call to them. The dealership where I bought my CRV kept giving me the run around (for months). Now they just completed another recall for me. Brett handled my service. He was extremely polite, told me how long it would take and ran an inspection report for me. And topped it off with a car wash. I will definitely reach out to him when I need to have my CRV serviced!

Jared Bowman was amazing to work with. - Jbyrum2

Jared Bowman was amazing to work with. Great communication and very upfront about the cars I was looking at and what to expect. I came into the dealership several times while shopping around, and Jared went above an beyond and was easily the best salesman I've worked with (including from other Mazda dealerships in the same ownership group.) The only ding on the experience is on the back of house operation. I went out of town and told the dealership I would have to receive ownership the car on the Friday after New Years. I was called by one of the managers and was told the car was ready to be picked up after the porters/service center had a whole week to prep the car and get the state inspections/emissions/CPO done. I came in to pick it up and all the sales and dealership stickers + adhesive was still all over the car and windows, empty gas tank, and the car was covered in bird crap as it was parked under trees after it went through the inspections. Needless to say, Jared and I were both quite upset. Jared made it right by jumping the car to the front of the line and got the car filled up, cleaned, and ready for me in under 30 minutes. I would still recommend this dealership. Was by far the least stressful experience I've had car buying.

Karifa provided top notch customer service and ensured - Chris

Karifa provided top notch customer service and ensured the buyer experience was top notch. Karifa is an excellent ambassador of the brand and is an example of what you should expect from a luxury brand, but rarely receive these days. Easy 5/5.

I had an excellent experience working with Joshua, the - C. Knight

I had an excellent experience working with Joshua, the finance agent, and Mike, the sales representative, when purchasing my car. From start to finish, they provided outstanding service and truly left a lasting impression on me. Both Joshua and Mike were genuine, patient, and took the time to make sure I understood every step of the process. They never rushed me, answered all my questions honestly, and worked hard to help me get a great deal that fit my needs. Their professionalism and customer-first attitude made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend asking for Joshua and Mike if you’re in the market for a vehicle — they went above and beyond.

Find Quinn Vu! - Mdogva

Find Quinn Vu! It will be the best car buying experience of your life. I was interested in price and monthly payment. Small SUV, color didn’t matter. He found the car in two minutes. Najeem in financing got the rest done and done right. No buyers remorse. I might send them food! Protect yourself from the salesmen/women that run around in your head. Quinn Vu is a good, knowledgeable guy who happens to sell cars. Check him out.

Had a great experience at Safford Fairfax Hyundai! I worked with AG in Sales and Jay in Finance, both of whom were exemplary throughout the entire process. Their professionalism, transparency, and genuine commitment to customer service made for a seamless and trustworthy experience—something that can be difficult to find in the car-buying industry. Kudos to both for a job well done!

Everyone was really kind. - Katherineannecaruso

Everyone was really kind. My working experience was pleasant while I needed my care or be repaired during the week. I noticed that they were both timely and professional. They also took the time to assist me with an explanation of why my car needed the work and what needed to be done. I felt that they were there for me. :-). I would use them again for the service center. That was my one time experience.

I had a great experience working with Zaid Omar, Sales - Positiveforcepp

I had a great experience working with Zaid Omar, Sales Manager. From start to finish, he went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled professionally. After purchasing my 2024 Telluride, I ran into a few issues. I reached out to Zaid, explained the situation, and he immediately took action. He scheduled a time for me to bring the vehicle in for repairs and even offered a loaner car while the work is being completed. What really stood out to me was his consistency and commitment. He never stopped answering the phone—that meant a lot. Even after the sale was done, he continued to be responsive and made sure my concerns were addressed. That level of customer service is rare these days. I truly appreciate the follow-through and would definitely recommend working with him.
