This was my first visit to Jenkins as we brought our VW Convertible to leave at our Florida home and during our travels we had headlight problems from a previous repair in Illinois. Upon calling Jenkins and speaking to Christie she got me in the very next morning. Upon arrival I explained the problem and she was able to duplicate it. After a brief wait they identified the cause and repaired the problem. Upon getting ready to pay the bill, Christie said “no charge,,, this one is on us”! I ask her if the problem was caused by the previous repair by a different dealer and she indicated it could have been but not for sure. After offering again to pay, she insisted this repair was on them. She then offered me a coupon for a free pastry. In addition,, the car was spotless as they had washed it.
