This dealership was THE worst to deal with other than my salesman. The manager was loud and held our keys hostage. The finance guy was grumpy, stomping out of his office and back. As a matter of fact I asked my salesman if there was someone else I could deal with even before I had decided to buy a car. We were there for over 5 hours. My son's anxiety was through the rough. Almost to the point of a break down. Our phones batteries were about to die but the salesman let us use his chargers. I was charged a fee for them getting my car from the dealership next door (which should have come out of their profit.) I could've walked next door and saved $1000. The only reason I stayed was for my salesman. The finance guy gave me a good rate and called back a couple days later and raised that rate. So overall I will be paying $2000 over sticker price. I didnt like the way he talked to me when pushing the extra services either. Im not a child and this isnt my first time buying a car, dont talk to me like I'm an idiot. When i said i didnt want the service package he told me to go somewhere else to get it serviced, not at his dealership. I'm not happy with this dealership and would not recommend it to anyone looking for a car. More

Visited the Leesburg VW and was planning to buy a car for my granddaughter. I was introduced to Carlos Santana. And so happy that I was. Carlos listened to my needs and was able to almost immediately iden my granddaughter. I was introduced to Carlos Santana. And so happy that I was. Carlos listened to my needs and was able to almost immediately identify two vehicles that fit. Carlos has a calm demeanor and is very personable. While test driving the car, Carlos was able to explain the features effectively without "selling" pressure. This is what all of us "car shoppers" prefer. I hate the pressure of being "sold" something. He answered all of our questions effectively and negotiated with the management to come to an agreement. It was a great experience! OH... and while we were on the lot, he sold us another car too! Great job Carlos! The Finance Manager, Jeff, also did a good job. Quite a bit more pressure on the purchase, but still was able to meet our expectations. Overall, great experience with this dealership! More

This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Leesburg Volkswagen. My first experience was good but this one was better thanks to my salesman G-quam. He was very attentive and was very helpful.
