We met them a few months ago and they were very helpful and professional. A few years before that visit we had a bad experience and were delighted with these two men. So we were kind of surprised when Kenny became the lead seller but we went ahead and completed the transaction. All in all Kevin and Kenny still really were a delight and the changes at this Dealership was very evident. We thank all involved and I love my car and was very impressed with the experience. Just a hole bunch of lies from the beginning to the end This is the worst dealership that I have ever been in. They completely lied to us from the first day all the way to the end. An the we spoke to Kenny Hunter and he said oh they are miss understanding not lies, we don't lie here. And then he flat out lied to my face saying that they were ganna charge my father 200 dollars because the car that he was gonna by need to be fix and he got tired of all the lies and we live more that 100 miles away and did not want to come back to the dealership again since we had to go there 3 times already. He told us that he will only give him his down payment back if he played them 200 dollars because they already fix the car. So we only agreed because of a other lie. Because as we left the other sales guy parked the car next to our car and told ous it was all fixed that he would wanna buy it back. An when we check they did not fixed anything they they said they did offer charging us the 200 dollars. Because they said the guy was fixing it right now. So again they lied then I call like 10 time over a weeks time trying to get a hold of him and finally after like a week get a hold of him and he changes his story again meaning lies again and then gives me attitude because I asked for the general managers name a d if he was in today. After I asked like 10 time he game his name but would not tell me if he was in or not a. Hanged up the phone on me. So I had to call back to get the general manager voicemail and now just got to wait to see what other lie I'm gonna be told. More

Our original salesperson we were working with had left the dealership and I had no idea however the process was seamless. When we arrived at the dealership to pick up the Beetle we were greeted by Shreiff in the parking lot and she said she will be helping us she was very helpful answering and enthusiastic to answer all our questions. I did look for cars at different dealership via the internet however I could never get a straight answer from them on the price of the Beetle. I am glad I deiced to got the Leesburg VW and get a good price for the Beetle and our trade in. Thank you for making the car buying experience easy. More

I knew it was time to trade in an old F1 50 which was not suitable for commuting to Atlanta, but needed a push. I explained everything to Sheriff Lowe when she came out to talk to me in the parking lot. She was very helpful and listened to my situation and convinced me that it really didn’t make sense to wait until the truck broke down on I 75. I couldn’t be happier with her help and guidance. Now I have two Jettas, one for local trips and one for long commutes. More

Finally worked with a very polished customer service guy by the name of Ryan Beyer, to finish the paperwork. Ryan impressed us with his knowledge of Volkswagen and the Beetle.
