But the reason we are still rating Leesburg Volkswagen, and especially our salesperson Sherrif high, was because of the way they recovered. There was a point at which we believed we wouldn’t be able to reach an agreement. I really feel they did everything in their power to get us into our new car! And for that, I’m deeply appreciative. We walked away feeling satisfied that we received the exact car we wanted and at a great price. And I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to friends & family. In the end, at some point, everyone makes mistakes. It’s how you recover from them that’s what really counts. More
