Awesome Costumer Service! I went to get a diagnosis and fix my EOS Volkswagen and they have a ride back to my job and pick me up then. Clean and fast when you request for quick services. They fix my car the same day that I drop it off. David and Ginna: Good job for take care of me when I left my keys on one of the cars that gave me a ride that week. They were waiting for me outside when I arrived to my appointment the first day. Baited Down illed out the information on Edmunds for a buy of my leased car. The information I provided Edmunds and was given to 3 dealers was the year make and m illed out the information on Edmunds for a buy of my leased car. The information I provided Edmunds and was given to 3 dealers was the year make and millage on vehicle. And I put in there I wanted to sell the car because I had already leased another vehicle. Jenkins wrote me and asked me to come down. Didnt want to make the drive unless we were somewhere in the same ball park on figures. They wrote back with a 15k to 16k range this was acceptable. So I made the drive down and they tell me that the car is worth 13k. They siad the other figure was if I was buying something else. All the information they got from Edmunds and me talking about a buy out on the lease nothing about buying a car from them. Customer service is working on a resolution at this time will update my review in the future. More
