I Feel Like Family I showed up to the JENKINS VW LEESBURG lot on December 19th with no true intentions of doing something that day. When I arrived, the staff was so welc I showed up to the JENKINS VW LEESBURG lot on December 19th with no true intentions of doing something that day. When I arrived, the staff was so welcoming. I was met on the lot by a very friendly sales representative Jose Narvaez. He talked me through everything clearly and we together made a decision that this was something I could do. I went on and completed the purchase and left that evening. 3 WEEKS LATER ... I'm riding in my car and I'm just broken because after driving my PERFECT CAR for three weeks I figured out quickly that it was not what I was wanting or what I needed. I felt as if I had made a huge mistake, so I went back into the dealership and talked with Jose again. Him and his partner Sheriff Lowe helped me figure out my different options, worked with the financial people, and made sure that I was leaving with a car that I ABSOLUTELY loved. They let me work through the process on my own and they allowed me to make the decision for myself. I felt as if they were there to listen to my concerns, walk me through them step by step and never showed an ounce of distress, and never made me feel like I was being nuisance. I left that evening in a NEW car and felt like this weight was lifted off of my shoulders! THEY TOLD ME WHEN I LEFT, WELCOME TO THE FAMILY! IT WAS NICE TO LEAVE THINKING I WAS APART OF SOMETHING GREAT AND I WAS ABLE TO TURN TO THEM AT ANY MOMENT OF DISTRESS. TRULY FAMILY! GO SEE THEM!!! One of the questions asked if I was left alone for more than five minutes during my buying process and I was, but only at my request and only when they were fighting for me in the business office.
