Awesome! Kaycee was just Awesome and right on top of my serv I had arrived in am with no air conditioning and no appointment. Kaycee was my service girl of the day! She was truely awesome. I had no idea. Then when it was going to take the day for repair, she got me a rental car to go back the 40 miles to home and get my car the next day! She went way Beyound for me and always with professionalism. She keeped me informed through-out the day and called me when it was ready for pickup. Awesome Girl! More

I'm a Design Engineering consultant working on a program out of state right now and I'm more than 1500 miles away but you coordinated with my wife to get her into a new Passat. Her experience with her Ford Fiesta thats barely two years old and in the shop for repairs yet again left us really needing to find something much more dependable. Ford was not being very favorable for a trade purchase and simply kept putting a "band-aid" fix on the Fiesta. My wife was very happy with your dealership and the service, she said everyone was super nice and helpful. Whatever service training you use, other dealerships should take note.
