On December 27th, I took my Hyundai Santa Fe in for service as the engine was making a knocking sound. Upon arrival I was informed that the vehicle was under recall, and it would take 2-3 months for co service as the engine was making a knocking sound. Upon arrival I was informed that the vehicle was under recall, and it would take 2-3 months for completion because they were so slammed. They also told me they had no rental available and would not have any available for at least a month. After contacting Hyundai cooperate (who was no help either) we rented a car out of pocket for a month. By the next month the dealership called and said they had a rental. Although it was a small car and unable to accommodate our family, I was grateful for the rental. Last week (my car still not completed) the dealership called and stated I needed to return my dealership rental due to some type of policy changes between them and Hyundai and use a 3rd party rental service (which means pay out of pocket again). A week after returning the dealership rental, we received notice that our car was finished. Upon inspection of our vehicle, we noticed a large gap between the fender and the door (looks as though the door was maybe forced open too far?)Of course with no proof we got the “you must have dropped it off like that.” Yeah okay, lesson learned. My husband and I proceed to inspect the engine, my husband immediately notices the horrible, sloppy work that was done. Hoses not secure, a wrench left in the engine, screws and metal ties just left sitting on the engine, but that wasn’t even the worst! As I drove home the car was making a horrible whistling sound, didn’t shift correctly (struggled to shift during acceleration) and my air conditioner no longer worked. I immediately returned to the dealership. When the tech approached me, I started the car to show him what I was talking about. I accelerated so that he could hear the whistling sound and when I did coolant began to leak from the car, leaving a puddle in their garage. It’s one thing to be busy and behind, it’s another thing to return a pile a junk to someone. Such poor, obviously rushed and sloppy work that has impacted my family tremendously. I was promised by the technician that he would “go through the car himself” and that the “Individual” that did the work on my car was no longer employed there which doesn’t make me feel any better. Once again, I have no car, and an even bigger worry than I did before because the car I worked so hard to pay for, in hopes to have a reliable vehicle to enjoy for a few years, has just been taken from me. Why is it I keep bringing my vehicle into this place,which has a deadly or serious injury risk due to a airbag and keep getting told either we dont have the parts to fix it or we dont have anyone place,which has a deadly or serious injury risk due to a airbag and keep getting told either we dont have the parts to fix it or we dont have anyone that can fix it. Even though your appointment was scheduled months ago!!!! ? Seems to me if someone is driving one of your vehichles that you would want to get that fixed instead of forcing the driver to repeatedly drive that vehicle back and forth putting customer lives in danger. Since no manager ever seems to be able to answer a phone at this location to answer that question maybe I'll find someone this way . More

Arrived at approx 5 minutes after and walked the lot waiting to be approached for our appointment. After a few minutes walled in and the receptionist, very nice lady, said she would let Jason know I was here but he was in a meeting. She offered me some coffee and a seat as she assured me that Jason would be here shortly. After 30 minutes she asked if I was still waiting which I said yes I was. She called again for Jason. 15 more minutes pass and she calls again; finally after an hour Jason comes up and says hello your late.....after waiting for an hour for our 9:00 appointment Jason says I'm late...and he isn't joking! I told him that I've been here for a hour. He said he was in a meeting and he didn't know..... I said three all calls were given and he told me in no uncertain terms "no there weren't"... i said a was standing here when the receptionist made the calls, Jason's retort..."no she didn't". I looked at my watch and basically he said there's the door while pointing at it... I walked to the door and said you blew it Jason, as he had a sale. Then the man follows me outside yelling at me..... Humm, must be a new sales technique I'm unfamiliar with.... So you make an appointments, that you don't keep... Don't answer pages and summons for customers... Call them liars on the showroom floor... Show them the door cause they look at their watches.... Follow them outside and try to insult them even more in the parking lot... Great job Jason, I'm sure you'll sell lots of vehicles with this ingenious way of connecting with potential customers..... More

This dealership is all words, no results after the sale... Don't trust them... More

He understoof my concerns, needs and financial options/requests. The dealership as a whole was pleasant to deal with and ultimately worked out a great deal that was a win for them and myself. I've done a lot of car shopping over the years and by far Mieet was the most honest and upfront person I've ever had the pleasure to work with. I live in Colorado and was looking at a used Tundra on his lot. He did everything in his power to assist me in making a smart and educated buying decision. I ended up not going with that specific vehicle and I believe he sold it the day after I said no, so good for him, but he did a great job. I would highly recommend both Mieet and this dealership to offer you a good deal and to be very honest and upfront about the vehicles they are selling. More

The bodyshop manager puts my part on himself, doesn't seem very happy about doing it, then tells me I should take my vehicle back to dealer I bought car from for a warranty item I brought my car there for. I'm sent back to school Dept where they ignore me even though I am only customer waiting there to be initially helped. I was very angry about how I was treated there! More
