Respectful, courteous, no games, informative - easiest purchase of a vehicle. I made an appointment, the vehicle was waiting for me, they explained all the vehicle features/options and then went to finan purchase of a vehicle. I made an appointment, the vehicle was waiting for me, they explained all the vehicle features/options and then went to finance - was out of there in less than an hour. Everyone was polite, courteous, and extremely helpful. I was going to pick up the vehicle the next day and they offered to deliver it to my home - incredible. More

I left with a car I liked, but it took a very long time for the Legacy staff to prepare it. Also, I didn't feel like the out-the-door price was clearly agreed upon. The paperwork I signed didn't reflect wh for the Legacy staff to prepare it. Also, I didn't feel like the out-the-door price was clearly agreed upon. The paperwork I signed didn't reflect what my understanding was after my conversation with John. In short, we agreed upon a total cost of 24,000. I thought that was before my trade-in value was applied to it, when in reality it was after. More
