I had an issue while I was there, i went in for a tire sensor and a tire rotation. My vehicle was done. I went to my car and noticed that the tire rotation was not done so I went back into the store and w sensor and a tire rotation. My vehicle was done. I went to my car and noticed that the tire rotation was not done so I went back into the store and was told that it was absolutely done until Lauren went a little further to investigate, The tech did not complete the tire rotation, but closed the ticket which I was charged for it. I asked for the service manager he was out, I asked for the GM he was out so I spoke to another manager. I don’t remember his name, but I remember on his card he had a nickname called cowboy. That was well over a week ago, the service manager was supposed to call me and the GM. No one has called me since. I’ve always purchased GMC‘s but at this point I feel like I was cheated. Thank goodness I know my vehicle because otherwise I would’ve been ripped off. More
