I had 1st service performed on my new truck. Oil, filter, tire rotation and fluids check etc. Drove truck on highway and it started shaking really bad at 65 mph. Called Ron to inform on situatio Oil, filter, tire rotation and fluids check etc. Drove truck on highway and it started shaking really bad at 65 mph. Called Ron to inform on situation and to see if his guys forgot to balance the tires when they were rotated. Ron said the balancing of tires was not part of 1st service work. Everyone knows you can't rotate tires without balancing the tires. Ron said it would be $30 per tire to balance. So instead of balancing the tires (1) time for $137 with taxes, I brought to Sam's and they sold me a lifetime rotation and balance for $43. I will not be back for anymore service work because balancing of tires is always performed with a tire rotation and it was xxxxty to inform otherwise. More

Had I not had my receipt GMC Service Techs were attempting to charge me for a service I had already paid for in advance; diagnostic check, labor, and parts were very expensive. I was so disappoint attempting to charge me for a service I had already paid for in advance; diagnostic check, labor, and parts were very expensive. I was so disappointed. GMC Service Tech performance of training an individual and assisting customers coincide lack professionalism and teamwork at the time of my service visit(s). I'd experience very poor customer service. I hope not to go back to this establishment again. More
