Greg was very personable without being pushy. I hate pushy! I felt very comfortable with Greg and felt like he (and the whole finance team) was genuinely trying to get me the best deal possible. When I told my credit union what interest I got, even they were Wow'ed. They said they couldn't touch that interest rate. I owe it all to Greg and his persistence. He knew all about the car, all the features, and answered all of our questions. I'm a woman and the car was for me. Even though my husband was with me, Greg directed all of his answers to me - not my husband. That made me feel good. He respected me. That's why I drove to Legends and that's why I'll be back! More

Buying a new car is usually the biggest pain to endure there is, but upon calling and getting to speak with Rob Rabenau on my first encounter with Legends Toyota, I had a good feeling that they could be t there is, but upon calling and getting to speak with Rob Rabenau on my first encounter with Legends Toyota, I had a good feeling that they could be the dealership to go to. I was very informative on exactly what i wanted, how urgently my wife and I needed a new car, and which one to a T that we were looking for and even told him the price they had to beat for us to consider driving the hour from our home to even talk to them about buying it from there. After calling and talking to Rob again and telling him that my wife and I were on our way out to talk to them, as soon as we parked our car, Rob was had already come out to the parking lot to meet us and escort us in to the dealership, I am thinking to myself that so far this is outstanding customer service. So in short order, between Rob and the Sales manager Phil, they found the car we wanted and beat the price we had already been quoted by another dealer, and told us they could have the vehicle we wanted in their dealership for us by the next afternoon. Everything we experienced with Rob and Phil along with Daryl Posey the finance director was an outstanding job, I am a small business owner for 10 years now and they treated my wife and I like real people, very down to earth and no BS, (which is almost impossible to get at a car dealership these days) and is the main reason along with price that we did not return to the first dealer we had originally talked to about the same car. I will more than likely buy my next vehicle from this group of guys, and will certainly recommend anyone who is serious about buying a car or truck to highly consider Legends Toyota as being worth it to go and talk to about their next vehicle!
