I have recommended Legends Toyota of Kansas City, along with it's employees, to my friends. When you walk into their dealership you know you are visiting friendly people interested in providing you with with it's employees, to my friends. I am 63 and I have bought many new cars and this was the best experience in buying a new car that I have ever had. I am from Texas so I used their internet to make a deal. When I arrived they beat the deal that I had made over the internet. My Texas car salesman said that he could not come close to this deal. When I arrived at the dealership they had accidently tinted the windows and since that was what I had agreed to, gave me the tint. They are very honest and works hard to earn your business. More

Not giving this dealership a five star because we were promised a full tank of gas three times and that didn't happen. Also, the SUV still needed cleaned (vacuumed mainly). There were A LOT of crumbs left under the seats from the previous owner and it was quite disgusting. The length of time we had to wait between getting the deal started to meeting up with the finance guy was a little ridiculous to us. We are suppose to be getting a check from them for a trade-in, which we just have to turn back into them, but it has been two weeks and we still haven't heard from them about coming in to sign the check. They said it would take 3-4 days. The staff was really friendly. More

Sharrieff McIntosh was the best salesman I've ever dealt with. I got a great price on my trade-in and my new Prius.
