Well, I was amazed how wonderful this dealer is! My situation is really difficult to buy a new car, I visit this dealer just wanted to see if I can got financed. I'm a new international graduate, no cr situation is really difficult to buy a new car, I visit this dealer just wanted to see if I can got financed. I'm a new international graduate, no credit history, no co-signer, and I can get financing from carmax for 72 mon 24 apr, I was so frustrated, and just visit because I've made the appointment. When I get off my car, Jake was waiting for me, and he is very friendly, very very willing to help. He showed me the new Camry, and works with me to see if I can get financed. He talked to his GM for my situation many times to help me to get the finance. BTW, the GM is awesome, they helped me to decide whether buy or lease a new car, help me with the price, payment and financing. The talked with the financing manager to give me the financing and other rebates. Well, the whole process is extremely smooth and friendly, I don't need to argue with the finance manager to get the loan, they just so friendly to new grads. Also, Jake helped with me to call his friend who is a insurance consultant to see what's the lowest insurance for me, and called the insurance on his cell phone. After purchasing the car, they just tell me to drive the car away, and bring back the required paperwork at my convenience. Also, Jake and another sales consultant helped me to drive my rental car about 30 miles back to my apartment. The legends toyota is really awesome! Sales staff is awesome, extremely friendly. Service is awesome too! More

We purchased a used van this weekend from Legends Toyota and have a wonderful experience. Our sales rep was very knowledgeable, friendly, and actually took notes and showed us what we asked to see. He was patient and very helpful when it came to explaining the process, and brought in Duke the finance manager right away when it came to work through the purchase. Both men were extremely professional and well-versed in customer service. We will definitely go back to Legends Toyota in the future and refer our friends/family. More

Our experience at Legends Toyota with Charlie Ross was most favorable. Charlie was quite knowledgeable on the specific car we were looking for and had that particular vehicle on the car lot. My boyfriend and I finally were sick of driving his jeep and more importantly paying for the gas. We live about a mile from the legends Toyota dealership and decided to go up there on Sunday. We looked around at the used cars and saw one we liked. Then we were greated by Joe Demoss and let's get this straight, everyone cringes when you go to buy a car and the dealers come walking out. I know them when I see them. He isn't your typical "car salesman". He honestly just seems like the guy next door, very nice and not pushy. We had no idea what the Prius came with or how to even turn it on. He took the time to show us every single detail. He also treated me (being a woman) with a lot of respect which you don't really see when it comes to anything that has to do with cars. He was wonderful to work with. We went and looked at a different dealership also the next day and they offered us more on the trade in then the legends initially offered us. The legends then offered us the same amount on the trade in. The car was priced better at the legends so we went back. We also really wanted to go back and work with joe because he was bending over backwards for us. The only negative thing I would say is for the finance team, they should really not try to steal cars from people and actually offer a legit price for their trade in. It would also be easier on the sales people because I know joe was really trying to get us a good deal. All in all, we are very happy and hope to work with Joe in the future. More
