Everyone we worked with was friendly and helpful. I really appreciated the service that I have gotten from you all. This is my fourth purchased from your dealership. You must be doing something right to keep getting my business. JaVan was so very helpful that on one evening I was running late to get there. He was there and set up my blue tooth in my car and he went over my service book on how the different system works in the car. Both sales consultants were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I felt they both worked together to get me the best deal possible. I really loved how I was able to take the car home and "test" it be knowledgeable. I felt they both worked together to get me the best deal possible. This was also my first experience buying a car in my own name and I never felt in pressure to purchase a car. I did visit another Toyota dealership and the sales consultants was not patient or really seem to care what I was looking for. At Lengends Toyota, I felt that both Aaron and Joe were aiding me in finding the perfect car versus just looking to make a sale (like the other dealerships I visited). Super excited to have my awesome beautiful Corolla and very thankful my family and I choose to do our business at Legends Toyota. More

After narrowing the field on potential cars followed by a test drive and armed with as much info as possible which you can easily obtain from the internet, you have about all you need to purchase a car- new test drive and armed with as much info as possible which you can easily obtain from the internet, you have about all you need to purchase a car- new or used. Now you just need to find the best price for the car you want which you can also accomplish via the internet. It saves time, gas and money and the dreaded dealer/buyer face off. It also puts dealers in competition from the get go without driving back and forth with " X dealership will sell me this car for $$$ . Can you do better?" We did all the research we possibly could on purchasing new and used cars, particularly Toyota Highlanders, via the internet. Using Edmunds.com we sent price quote requests for the same, specific 2012 Toyota Highlander SE to several local dealerships. Charlie Ross with Legends Toyota got back to us within minutes by phone with a verbal quote and then an email quote. Eventually the others called but we had to coax email quotes from them as they wanted us to "come in, look, visit". Legends Toyota beat their offers significantly right off the line so we started out with Legends and went no further. We got what we believed to be a great deal on our new Toyota Highlander; exactly the color, model and equipment that we wanted plus a few things that came along as extras (no extra cost). We also traded our car for a fair price. We could have gotten more selling ourselves but we figured what we saved on sales tax made up for a good part of that difference. Charlie went over all the bells and whistles like programming my phone (very cool feature) and garage door opener and answered our questions. He took us to the service department and introduced us to the service managers. All in all, we could not be happier with our beautiful new Highlander and Legends Toyota. No drama, no back and forth "to the boss for approval" and no high pressure extras. Maybe we could have held out for a little lower price but when we knew we were already below the average 2012 Highlander SE sale price nationally and locally why make it a drawn out contest? Car buying should be a win/win for both parties and we think we accomplished that. We suggest car dealerships be prepared for the internet buyer by responding with requests and throwing out their best or nearly best offer from the start. All buyers hate the "who will wear down quickest trying to get the best possible deal" with face to face negotiating. It is so much easier to know what you want and go after it all from your home computer. Thanks Charlie and Legends Toyota! More
