This was by far the best customer service we have ever received purchasing a car. Jake was very accommodating as I went in 1st with my 1.5 yr old to see what what available. Unfortunately when you think about buying a car, it's a lot like pulling teeth! This was the first time EVER that we walked away feeling no pressure, HONEST & FREINDLY staff, and knowing we got treated the way you should be treated! We have bought many new cars and this was by far the BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!I have told at least 5 people about our AMAZING experience and we haven't even had our car, 2011 Sienna, for a week! We normally use Crown Toyota in Lawrence, but from the time I walked up to Legends Toyota, it was CLEAN, beautiful lot and showroom. I was prepared to spend hours taking about the prices/options. To my surprise, Charlie gave me the best price in the 30 minutes. The color we wanted is not available in the metro area. He did a trade with an toyota dealer in a neighbor state,and he personally drove the van back for us. It is just amazing! Thank you so much, Charlie. Another headache is that the dealers always push you into the extended warranty stuffs. it is not case with Legends. Kori at the finance department is so nice, she explained all purchase details including the extended warranty to us. We purchased the toyota 8year/100K miles VSP at the great price.
