I was trying to buy a new minivan over the internet. I found Legends Toyota's sales technique pushy and was hesitant to even visit them. They urged me to come see their vehicle WITHOUT telling me that it found Legends Toyota's sales technique pushy and was hesitant to even visit them. They urged me to come see their vehicle WITHOUT telling me that it was a DEMO MODEL. It was a waste of my valuable time to spend an hour driving and I feel that it was unethical not to tell me ahead of time that the vehicle was a demo. The minivan was in the showroom with a dead battery and they kept me in the showroom trying to agree on terms before a tech finally came out with a battery pack. It was only then that they admitted it had 1,300 miles on it! They had that vehicle for a long time, they obviously knew its demo status. Then they had the nerve to try and sell me one of their other models! I would NOT recommend this dealership or the shady tactics they use. More
