I bought my Highlander from them when they were Performance Toyota and it was the worst buying experience I have ever had! They tried the old bait and switch then when they realized they couldn’t Performance Toyota and it was the worst buying experience I have ever had! I swore I would never go back but, my wife said, give them a try since they moved to the new location. The Highlander is still under warranty and one of the power outlets stopped working. I made an appointment for Saturday morning and got there on time. I was just left sitting there waiting in my vehicle while service managers and cigarette smoking salesmen milled about. I finally walked in to the service office and told them the power outlet was broken. Well, after one hour of waiting the female service manager came out and told me, drum roll please, the power outlet was broken! I was dumbfounded, I told them it was broken when I arrived and it only took them an hour to diagnosis the problem. They have some real rocket surgeons working in the back…. Now I have to come back another day to have it fixed since they don’t stock what I believe to be a very common part. I’m in the market for another vehicle and I will not even consider this dealership. More

I purchased a new Toyota Camry SE at the end of August and could not be more pleased with my shopping experience. I'm a long time Toyota owner, so I knew what I wanted, but it had been 14 years since I'd and could not be more pleased with my shopping experience. I had called a dealer ship in KC and go a non-response to my question and then visited another where I had to actually walk into the lobby to find a sales person to help. After those two mediocre experiences I had almost talked myself out of even trying, but my mom had been to visit Legends, and Bill, knowing what type of car she was looking for had kept in touch with her since her visit. She called to him to ask what he had on the lot for Camry's, and the rest is history. We were actually greeted by several sales people when we arrived, none of which were overbearing, and all of which you could recognize as employees. Within a couple of hours my car was bought and the experience could not have been smoother. More

I bought a used 2011 Toyota Camry LE for 16k. The asking price was 17k, but the dealer was very negotiable. Sharrieff was a delight to work with. We called and talked to Chris. Asked if he had what we were looking for. He told us the only one he had was on the showroom floor and talked with us about the features we were looking for. We told him we had an interest rate quote from a bank and he said it should not be a problem to match that rate. Once we got there, we took a look at the car, talked a little about the promotions they were running and the negotiation process was easy and painless. He did have to get approval on price but it I never felt like he was being a jerky car sales man type trying to pull a fast one on me. Once we got into the Matt's office he was super nice, didn't try to sell us a bunch of add-ons that we weren't interested in. We talked about the extended warranty and he was not over selling it or pressuring us at all. (we did end up buying it because he gave us a great price and the coverage was better than other online coverage) He joked with us a little while signing papers and was very pleasant to work with as well. We walked away with the car, interest rate, price and warranty we wanted at the price we were comfortable with.
