I already knew what type of car I was looking for when I went there. However Darrin still showed me around the lot.. He worked with the finance department to get me what I wanted which was the 0% apr for 60 went there. However Darrin still showed me around the lot.. I wasnt satisfied with my first choice of car that I chose based on the color alone.. After learning that there was other cars but of different color that had better options (blue tooth, xm radio ect.), I returned the next day. Darrin and the staff did every thing possible to make me happy being this was my first (new off lot) car purchase.. So they actually traded my first choice in for the car that had all the options I was looking for. So I would say that I was very satisfied. I have two kids that will be needing cars in the next few yrs.. I plan on them going here. It also doesnt hurt with the sales person being ** cute.. If I only were younger?? I originally bought my car from Performance because their salesman was the best salesman I've ever worked with, and that was after visiting 4 different local dealers. I made the mistake of taking my car somewhere else (that won't EVER happen again) for an oil change and they somehow completely screwed it up. I bought my '98 4Runner thirteen years, 237,000 miles ago and my wife was wanting me to get a new vehicle. I met with Chevis and told him what I wanted. He took the time to understand what I wanted and wor and my wife was wanting me to get a new vehicle. I met with Chevis and told him what I wanted. The first Highlander he found was out of town and by the time it got to KC it would have had too many miles for my requirements so he started looking again. He called to say that if I wasn't in a big hurry he found the exact car I was wanting to buy. I said there was no hurry and about ten days later I was driving the new Highlander with 45 miles on it. The only reason I didn't rate the price as great is because they didn't give it to me for free. :::grin::: We were able to negotiate a price that was agreeable to both sides. If you are looking for a new Toyota I would highly recommend Performance Toyota and if you want a salesperson who very knowledgeable about Toyotas you must work with Chevis. I dislike working with someone who "tells you want you want to hear" rather than the truth. Chevis was able to answer all of my questions and explain the different options on the new vehicles. He is very friendly and does not push you to buy. I would recommend Chevis Reid to all of my friends and contacts. PS I still have the '98 4Runner which I bought new at the same location. More
