Was contacted at 9am about needing a transmission fluid flush - what does transmission fluid have to do with airbags? It seems that every time I bring my Honda (car or van) into LV Honda that the default recommendation (whether I need it or not) is that a transmission fluid flush is needed. Was informed by Service department that car was ready at 9:30am and that shuttle would be sent to pick me up. Shuttle finally showed up at 12:15pm (after I made 2 follow up calls). Was told that the shuttle was only a courtesy and that dealership was very busy and that the Service Dept. should not have told me that the van is coming - how is this my fault? In summary, plan on having low expectations concerning using the shuttle service and expect that at some in the process the Service department will inform you that you 'need' some type of maintenance/repair, regardless of whether you need it or not. More

Unexpected Repair Needed I recently went in to have the starter of my car replaced, when this service was completed, Mr. Sam Azar told me I needed to have my clutch replaced. However, I've used a closer to where I live Honda dealership for a front end issue and after paying $149.00 for the service, it was actually worse then when I took it there initially. They also claimed that the printer wasn't working and they couldn't give me the front end alignment printout. I was frustrated with the way the car handled and hated driving it daily. I finally took it to Lehigh Valley Honda and they fixed the problem right away and at a lower price. It's worth my extra time and travel to go here and I won't use another dealership for anything other than simple oil changes in the future..,, More

PIck up and drop off service is always good and the drivers are always friendly...everyone at the dealership treats you very well.
