I had a 2007 Accord whose lease was about to expire. I leased that car from Phillipsburg Easton Honda so I thought I'd go back to them to trade it in for a new lease. I have always taken pretty good care leased that car from Phillipsburg Easton Honda so I thought I'd go back to them to trade it in for a new lease. I have always taken pretty good care of my vehicle and when they went through the appraisal process they told me that my car was worth "less than $7,000" because it was "in pretty bad shape." They never gave me an exact number just "less than $7,000." I was currently paying $249 a month for a fully loaded Accord and told them I wanted a 4 door Civic and wanted to stay in the same ball park for my payment. They came back with a lease offer of $399 a month. I was absolutely irate being as I had purchased my first vehicle there and thought I could work with them. I went to a few other dealers and my appraisal on my car was consistent across the board $8,200 which was about $200 above blue book value. I went to Lehigh Valley Honda last and Maggie was my sales person. She is absolutely great at what she does. She is a great salesperson who is knowledgeable about what she sells. She knows how to work with the customer and is very friendly. I looked at the exact same model Civic, traded my Accord for what it was worth and left that day with the Civic for right around the monthly payment that I wanted. I highly recommend Lehigh Valley Honda and if possible deal with Maggie when you go to purchase or lease your next Honda! More

I arrived early but was given a very friend welcome. Stayed at the dealership while my car was inspected. Had coffee & bagels available to me while I waited in a comfortable waiting area. The cost was minimal. My inspections are free, emissions testing not expensive and I had received a $5 discount coupon with my reminder for inspection so I can't complain about costs. All in all, the experience was excellent. Each time I realize I never dread having to take my car in for any service because of their great customer service. More
