We pulled off of Rte 78 and found that we were only 1 mile from Lehigh Valley Honda. After pulling into the service area, Trevor greeted us and was able to diagnose the problem in about 60 seconds. He knew there was a warranty bulletin and quickly explained the necessary repair. The repair was completely covered and saved us from a potential disaster. More
Excellent customer Service i had my car in for service and a new part had to be ordered. They could get the part in the next day. Oil change for a warranty extension I visited this Honda dealer for my 2008 accord due to a warranty extension for an oil consumption problem. This visit was to start a study, and was si I visited this Honda dealer for my 2008 accord due to a warranty extension for an oil consumption problem. This visit was to start a study, and was simply an oil change that I had to pay for. I will be reimbursed once it's proven that my vehicle is over consuming at the 1000 mile check. The oil change took twice as long as I was told because my service tech took lunch instead of printing out my papers and giving them to the cashier. After getting all that straightened out and being antagonized by the cashier staff as if I had no idea what I was talking about, I was on my way. Once in my car, I went for my blue tooth headset, only to learn that it was now missing. Having just used it before I dropped the car off for service, I knew it was in there. The case I keep it in was there, but the headset was gone. So, back to the dealer I went. Never once did I accuse anyone of stealing it, I simply said that it was missing. The service tech went with me to my car to look again with no luck. I was then taken to the service managers office. His name is Kevin Wagner, he proceeded to call me a liar and tell me that only trustworthy individuals were employed there (calling anyone at a car dealership trustworthy is kind of an oxymoron). Then he told me it was my fault for leaving it in my car. He handed me his card and dismissed me saying if I bring a receipt for a new one, he will reimburse me... We shall see on that. More
Good work, sub-par service I had an appointment to get both of my airbags replaced. I was told in advance it would take about 2 hours. The work took 3 hours, and I was not notified when the work was completed - I had to follow up with the service area myself, go to the cashier area, then wait until they determined where my car had been placed since it was not in the area where it was supposed to be. The gentleman who was in charge of my service (Bill) did not even do the follow-up himself, someone else in the service area did. Needless to say, I was not impressed with the overall service. More

Took it to Rothrock and Quigley for service. It's dismal compared to LV Honda. More
