I don't mind coming in, because I am treated very well by the staff, and the waiting area is very comfortable. The cars are always returned cleaner than they were brought in, and the prices are comparable to other shops. I like knowing I'm getting Hyundai parts, especially a new O ring on the oil plug - competing oil change shops aren't going to have that. They also make good on recalls that I am unaware of needing.
