Thank you for your review. We strive for 100% satisfaction with every customer. Your son was approved months ago, and unfortunately totaled his vehicle that we got him approved for. Please understand that we want to sell everyone a vehicle. However, the bank will always have the final say in the matter. We cannot override their decisions.

My son didnt total his vehicle - a lady hit him and she totaled his vehicle - conveniently 3 weeks after he purchased it. This proves youre a bunch of liars.In 3 weeks time - his credit changed THAT MUCH that he couldn't get another loan? Nah. You have the final say - and you screwed my kid out of another car. You took his first $3 grand - which he lost due to someone elses negligence - then you quickly took another $1,000 for over a week - then denied the loan. You suck and I hope you and your scheming business goes out of business. Mr. Deals. Pathetic. How about you answer the complaint i filed against you with the Consumer Affairs Dept. - instead of coming here and answering with lies.
