We were very pleased with our vehicle purchase, especially the assistance from the general manager who cut to the chase and got it done. We were about to walk out, literally from our sales rep because #1 - the game playing….”what do you want to pay”….where do we need to get to for you to buy it today” and….”give me your word (initial here) that this is what you’ll agree to if I can make it happen” #2 the final loan amount (payments) was outrageous! Never was I ever given two prices for a trade in let alone two loan amounts! “We can give you between $5750 and $6250 for your trade and your payments would be between $419 and $429! The games began and before we were about to walk out the GM came out and even though my husband was ready to leave, we did stay and listened. He cut to the chase and couldn’t believe the initial offer and came right down to where we felt the payments should be in the first place! One other issue we had was when we called and said we were coming for the car, nothing we was started. Meaning, we arrived around 1:30 and did not leave the dealership until we’ll after 5 pm. We feel that our salesperson could have had much of the paperwork done and been more ahead of the game before we arrived. We were at the dealership the day before and the GM who helped us looked over our trade but we had to leave and didn’t get a trade in amount the day before but should have had one for the next day. Our salesperson stated he wanted the the other GM or the higher up to look at our trade after we arrived to give us the best price possible and that is why we didn’t have a price waiting. Either way, we weren’t very happy with how this played out. We love the vehicle we purchased! We will come for the oil changes and car inspections!! But for now, that will be about it. We were quite disappointed in the service we received at your dealership. We were there for four and a half hours, and we were not told that we would not be taking the vehicle with us until after we had put your dealership. We were there for four and a half hours, and we were not told that we would not be taking the vehicle with us until after we had put in a almost $1,400 deposit, and all the paperwork had been signed. Your salesman Paul Drake, who apparently had salesman of the year for 2019, should have the education and the intelligence to know to tell somebody that they will be not receiving their purchase when they leave up front. We would have still bought the car if he would have told us that from the beginning but because we were kept there for four and a half hours and then told at 8:00 at night we were very very disappointed. It was my birthday, and my boyfriend ( the one who put almost $1,400 down-our rent money btw) had a surprise party for me which was canceled, and the fact that it was memorial Day weekend meant that we did not receive our vehicle until 3 days later. Your dealership is an hour away from us, and so when the day came that he was to receive the car he had to leave work early to get there before the dealership closed. Not only that I had to take the trip to the dealership to sign ONE PAPER a day or 2 later. When we expressed our distress of not taking the car with us, RAMON, the manager I guess, came out and said, "we can refund your money, your decision, let me know." and walked away. The only employee at your dealership worth his salt was the finance guy, Mike. He was kind, empethetic, and did everything in his power to make his customers happy. He even tried to get the car available for us earlier than expected. I will never recommend anyone to come to your dealership ever. I would ask for compensation for our time and distress, but I'm sure that would be pointless. Have a wonderful day More
