Dishonest (Googling dishonest perfectly describes Lehighton Kia) - please read my experience. I was going to purchase a 2021 Kia Rio S with my daughter and chose Lehighton Kia because they had the Lehighton Kia) - please read my experience. I was going to purchase a 2021 Kia Rio S with my daughter and chose Lehighton Kia because they had the color she wanted and they had a decent rating on this site. On Wednesday, 5/19/21 I filled out a $500 off coupon on their website, Charlie from Lehighton Kia then contacted me via text and a phone call were we arranged a test drive on Friday the 21st, discussed the cost, discounts and other details and I asked him to email me a preapproval form for financing - he assured me I would get the $500 coupon and $750 Kia discount. That evening I texted him requesting he email me a Sales Agreement showing the purchase price, fees, discounts, taxes, etc. Of course I wanted a sale agreement before filling out a preapproval credit form. I received the email with the preapproval form but no sale agreement. Thursday, I texted him again and tried calling to ask about the sale agreement - No Response. Thursday night I texted him that he needed to reach out to me or I was moving on. Friday morning the sales manager, Paul, called me and proceeded to tell me that due to inventory shortages and the chip shortage he was raising the price roughly $3,000 to $21,900. They had a clearly advertised price of $18,960 on their website that I filled in the discount coupon from. (Side Note: $18960 was already $1000 over MSRP listed on Kia website). I doubt what they did is legal and surely know it is unethical, deceptive, and down right wrong. I told Paul he was out of his mind and proceeded to contact Allentown Kia for the same Rio S in Blue they had listed at $17,890. Second Side Note: I researched the Rio and know for a fact neither had the convenience package and only had carpets and small accessory adds where the Kia MRSP should have been in the upper $17k. I conversation with Paul and then through my experience at Allentown Kia I know for a fact the dealerships talked and agreed to raise the pricing. Look at Lehighton Kia website, as of today they are still showing the $18k price on their Rio S vehicles. See my review on Allentown Kia for the full story. My daughter and I ended up purchasing a Hyundai Elantra SEL at Ciocca Hyundai in Quakertown for less then Paul's price for the Rio. Second car I've purchased at a Ciocca dealership and second good experience. More

Took our Sedona in twice for the same problem. Automatic sliding door was not closing properly. They replaced parts the first time and the second time they said it just needed to be cleaned and greased. It sliding door was not closing properly.
