Used car purchase I arrived knowing which vehicle I was interested in. I was met by Eric. We both took a look at the vehicle and then took a quick test drive. I didn't have time to finish the purchase that day but we did come to an agreement on the price and started the initial financing process. Eric kept in touch through out the week and handled a few requests I had. I was able to come back to complete the purchase about a week later. Even with the last minute text about coming in Eric and the sales team had everything ready to go when I showed up. The service department was also very accommodating on a Saturday when I asked if I could have the wheel looks removed at the last minute. This was the most pleasant vehicle purchasing experience I have had and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Leith Acura of Cary to anyone. More

Excellent Service and Value I found my way to Leith Acura because they had the exact automobile on their lot, I was interested in; a gently used Lexus RX 350. I met with Kerry Leeburn. and explained that my visit was mostly exploratory. Kerry presented me with some extraordinary numbers that I simply couldn't refuse. I also did my homework as far as trade in values and I received 100% of what I was expecting. Kerry is very knowledgeable of the product, makes sure that everything is understood ( car and paperwork ) and is a pleasure to work with. Absolutely no pressure. I will add that he gives you his text number and I didn't wait more than a few seconds for responses to my questions. Kerry and the rest of the staff at Leith Acura are very professional, courteous and I would recommend them to anyone. I will also add that they have a pleasant waiting room with some of the best coffee around! More
