I have been to over 30 dealerships in about eight states, and Leith Acura sets the standard on how a dealership should be run. Everyone there is extremely polite and helpful, and this means a lot being a non-white man visiting a dealership for premium cars! While at the dealership, Kerry Leeburn was the sales consultant who took care of me. Kerry is the most professional, thoughtful, considerate, and charming sales consultant I have ever met. He was very pleasant, and gave me enough room think clearly and be sure of my decision/choices. I never felt pushed, hustled, coerced, or ignored (being a person of color). He really listened to all my questions and concerns, and addressed them thoughtfully and professionally. Even after driving off, he has kept in touch with me to ask about my experiences or if I still have any questions or concerns he could address. I have never had this happen to me. My experience with Kerry is much like the performance of my Acura - smooth, precise and very very pleasant. I also enjoyed that the dealership had free snacks (many others offer only coffee/water). We had just finished up a lease on an Audi Q My wife and I just purchased our first Acura (RDX AWD Advance) and couldn't have had a better experience. We had just finished up a lease on an Audi Q5 and looked at leasing from Audi again as well as looked at the Cadillac XT4, Jaguar E-Pace, Volvo XC90 and Lincoln Nautilus. The RDX easily won us over as the best choice for us and while the RDX sold itself on its own merits, the service we received from Mike Mitchell was also a significant factor in why we chose to purchase. Mike is a no pressure salesperson that clearly and efficiently explained all the features of the RDX but also spent extra time with us during test rides and follow ups. We have had the car for just over a week now and have taken it on a cross state trip where it performed very well. We haven't found anything negative about the RDX yet and do not anticipate that we will. Thank you Leith Acura and Mike Mitchell for the stress free and simple shopping and lease process. More

Great experience! Kerry was great. I love my new (to me) FJ. Test drove and had to do my due diligence and check a different one out. I wasn't able to get back before Kerry was great.
