Ian is the best! Ian was super! He let me test drive the Acura RDX and MDX models. He was very knowledgeable about the cars. He stayed after hours on Saturday and Ian was super! Worked with Ian Swindell on all visits -- he was very helpful and responsive to all my questions. Once I made my decision on a car he spent a fair amount of time setting up it all up for me and actually delivered to my home ---- also set up garage door opener then I used the Costco auto program --- so much less stress about pricing I have to mention one process that needs to be changed --- when finalizing and signing the lease with the finance team --- was presented with way too many options and features I could add to my lease and needed to decide right then --- not very customer friendly More
