Excellent, quick, non-typical The lease on my TLX was up and I was needing to find another option. They have an excellent waiting area and provide drinks and snacks which allows the parents to get done with paperwork and keep kids occupied. The entire process was the easiest I've been through. The finance guy was great. No pressure sales jobs etc.. I highly recommend this dealership as well as working with Mike! He provided the best experience to date that I have had related to purchase or lease of a vehicle. More

Experience at Leith Acura Have driven my MDX since 2012. We have loved everything about the car, the dealership, and the service department. When we decided we needed to update, we went back to Leith of course. Ian Swindell met us on the lot. How fortunate we were to have Ian share his extensive product knowledge. In addition to his knowledge of the product, he is a terrific guy and couldn’t have been nicer at the time or after we left. Thanks, too, to Ben Metzler for his time with us. We had narrowed our selection to a RDX and a Subaru Outback. In the end, we made the choice to go with the Outback primarily just because we thought it would be fun to drive something different and Subaru was offering 0% financing. There is no doubt I would return to have Ian assist us with a car in the future. We think Ian is a great guy and salesman. More

Wonderful buying experience I had totaled my Kia Optima and was in search of another Kia. After going to multiple Kia dealerships and dealing with sleazy, dishonest salesmen who I had totaled my Kia Optima and was in search of another Kia. After going to multiple Kia dealerships and dealing with sleazy, dishonest salesmen who lead me to believe that certian cars were on their lot when they weren’t, I was at a loss. I went across the street into Leith Acura with the intention to just test drive a vehicle because I was still dead set on buying a Kia, but then I met Carl. He was very kind, professional, funny, and an overall genuine person. He took the time to explain the differences between the models, and then search for a car that fit all of my expectations within my price range. After test driving the Acura, I knew it would be my next car. It took just a few short hours to get things squared away, and there wasn’t the back and forth haggling that I was dreading. Carl made it a point to work with me to make sure I got what I wanted for a fair price within my means. I’ve had my car for over a month and Carl still has been attentive and available whenever I have a question or concern. It was a pleasure working with him, and he is truly the reason I went from a Kia to an Acura. If you are lucky enough to have Carl guide you through your buying experience, you will not be disappointed! More
