It was a very straightforward business transaction as opposed to some of the gamesmanship that I recall with past experiences when buying a car. Granted the internet has leveled the playing ground somewhat , there is still the personal interaction that Tom has masterd making him very successful at what he does. Great Customer Service, Environment, and Quality I had gone to multiple car dealerships looking at the same make and model of a car- all of the cars were very similar, but I decided to purchase the c I had gone to multiple car dealerships looking at the same make and model of a car- all of the cars were very similar, but I decided to purchase the car through Leith Acura for a number of good reasons. First off, walking into the place was a great experience. The environment is comfortable and the customer service representatives didn't feel pushy in comparison to the other dealerships that I visited that day. Corey King assisted us, and he was incredibly down to earth, real, and helpful. He was honest about how the car was priced and what work had been done on it, and he didn't play any games that some dealers tend to play at other dealerships to try to talk me into buying the car. He was helpful in the way we needed to learn more about the car and pricing. They added some touches to the car that other dealerships hadn't done to their models, and I could tell that Leith Acura took pride in their quality of cars. At other dealerships, it felt as though they were hiding something. We would definitely purchase a car again from this company. They made the experience easy! I'm so happy with my new car. More
