The only thing I would say is if the company has equipment that is down have something in place such as not getting my car washed could have had some vouchers for a car wash somewhere. Stress free experience I bought my car new from this dealership almost three years ago. I always have my car serviced here. The environment is very comfortable and I especially like the complimentary popcorn and water because I sometimes have my grandsons with me. The free inspection they do at each oil change is very thorough but there is no pressure to have any additional service done. The staff are very friendly and do their best to make sure you are informed and comfortable. There is adequate seating in the lounge area and several TV's, and an area to use electronics - also a small children's area. I did a LOT of research before I bought my car here so I expected top notch service and I have not been disappointed. More

Paint is so cheap Do not buy a Honda! The paint is very cheap. The body shop that fixes all of auto park cars told me out of his own mouth that he fixes these cars all Do not buy a Honda! I bought a brand new 2018 Honda Accord. The car wasn’t even 5 months old and clear started spotting up. I have 50+ spots on the car now. Some spots are clear down the the primer. Honda refuses to fix it. Auto park has done nothing for me when it is their job to call American honda and say look, this guys paint is coming off and it’s an issue. But instead, they pretty much blame it on my and accuse me of letting me car sit under a tree, or letting bird poop sit on my car. Well, the paint and body guy that fixes all of their cars told me it come from acid rain. So basically you cannot drive these cars in the rain. I have 12 other vehicles and the paint isn’t coming off of any of them. He also told me Honda uses very cheap paint and it clearly shows. Do NOT buy any type of Honda. Just trying to save anyone from going through all of this. More

Great job! My wife went in to have some safety recalls done on our 2013 Honda van. We called on a Wednesday and they had us in the shop the very next morning on My wife went in to have some safety recalls done on our 2013 Honda van. We called on a Wednesday and they had us in the shop the very next morning on Thursday. They also took care of servicing her transmission while we were there as well . She got a free complementary massage by a masseuse that was set up there while she was there what a great experience . I would highly recommend this dealership the people are super nice and very knowledgeable and accommodating. More
