I didn't want to deal at a dealership BUT!!! Alexander was really a nice guy, honest, and accomodating. I have been in sales for a long time, and I was prepared to go through all of the tr BUT!!! I have been in sales for a long time, and I was prepared to go through all of the trip falls of the sales process, but Alexander had a very comforting soft sell approached! He answered all my questions, offered his opinion when he thought it usefull, and in doing so allowed me to use my research to make an educated decision. It didn't end at the sale either, I am here at the dealership now writing this, because after leaving here with my car last week, I noticed two small scratches that we didn't see when inspecting the car. I called moments after leaving last week, and Alexander scheduled a time for me to come in, and let him take care of it. I was dreading stepping foot on a dealership last week, and now I could not be more pleased. I recommend doing your research, and then come in and see Alexander Jacobson!!! More

Charlie is an absolute professional in his knowledge of dealing with people and his knowledge of the product he is selling. Since our first experience was just about a year ago we could dispense with the getting to know you routine. We took a test drive of the car we wanted and then got down to business. No tap dancing around. It took longer to do the paperwork then it took to agree on a deal. As good as our first encounter was with Charlie Bruce, this was even better. If you are in the market for a car, I highly recommend giving Charlie Bruce the opportunity to work with you. You won't be disappointed. More

Great Deal! Great People! Have been thinking about purchasing a new vehicle for some time now to replace a vehicle that was old and had high miles. With kids we wanted to make sure we had something reliable and of course were looking at minivans. Had actually stopped by KIA and almost bought one but said hey, let me go around the corner and see what Honda can do (my wife really wanted an Odyssey). As soon as I got out of my car Raymond was there to welcome me. He was very friendly so I told him that I was interested in the Odyssey, didn't need to test drive or anything else, just needed to talk numbers. If the numbers were right then I would be walking out of the dealership the owner of a brand new Odyssey. It took quite a bit of back and forth and Raymond was a great negotiator, to the point that I almost walked out! However, he worked with me and was eventually able to get me right where I wanted to be on price, financing, etc. and the deal was done. It was then on to Vinnie from Naples! I love Italian people (my wife is Italian) and he was the nicest guy! Went through all the paperwork and he got me the best financing rate possible and even got my payment down a little more! I have purchased and leased many vehicles but the customer experience that I had working with Raymond and Vinnie was fantastic and when I am looking for a new vehicle in the next 6 to 12 months you can bet I am headed to Autopark Honda to seek out Raymond! Thanks a bunch guys!!!! More

Our sales rep, Christopher Kenny, was knowledgable about all the features of the 2014 CRV that we chose. He was friendly and not pushey when showing us the car. The actual purchase transaction was easy and efficient. When the purchase was finished Christopher gave me the keys and introduced me to the functions of all the new features on the dash board , and paired my IPhone with my new car. Later that week he called me to ask how I liked my new car. I did my shopping on the internet before I purchased the car. I would like to say that it is the best site I found. It was easy to navigate and helped me find the right car for my needs. More

We had already had our hearts set on purchasing a pilot but were still unsure about the timing. Malik was very patient with us. He listened to all of our fears, answered all of our questions, and fought tooth and nail to get us the deal we needed. I had not expected to be treated so well by a salesman. He definitely went above and beyond my expectations. I am so very pleased with the service we received and we will definitely be sending everyone we know in the market to go see him! More
