I have always found the Autopark sales people good to work with and low pressure. I actually enjoy what is for me a painful task at most other dealers. I have only gone to other dealers when the Honda brand does not have exactly what I want for a family member, but always end up here for Hondas. I have purchased from Honda Autopark since 1998. I like the lifetime oil change idea. My only problem this time - the auto prep work was not quite complete. I had to return to the dealer the next day since they forgot the floor mats (I did not notice), although they took immediate care of the problem. One tire showed low on the dash before I made it home from the dealer. The other tires turned out to be 4 to 5 lbs low. I certainly would not expect the sales staff to check the tires, but it should be part of the prep in service. More

Chris took me for a test drive and explained all the features of the vehicle since I was unfamiliar with the voice and navigation commands. Chris Kenney is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
