Earlier in the summer Mark took us on 3 different test drives (Civic, Accord, and CR-V) and was extremely knowledgeable about the differences in the models and all the trim levels. We have purchased many Hondas over the years and Mark has by far been the most knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. He followed up but without pressure. Laura Robinette in Internet Sales was responsive and provided a very competitive price. Mark took the time to help setup Bluetooth and make sure we understood all the new features of our new car.
