This is my third Honda vehicle purchase. The third time must really be a charm because this was by far my most enjoyable experience purchasing a vehicle. He even brought me out some pizza from the break room which was a huge blessing because I hadn't eaten anything all day. It is just very cool. Everytime I get into drive, I am reminded of the perfect fit that Honda delivers along with Autopark Honda and yourself. The sales and service staff including Eldwin Breeden and Charlie Bruce (who spent quite a bit of his personal time to listen to me and my family as we meandered through the new car purchase process). Oh and yes, it goes beyond that, with Kevin Mill's jumping in to rectify a brake problem on my wife's, Jill, certified pre-owned 2007 Honda Accord purchased at Autopark. And Edwin, did I mention him. My wife and kids think he is apart of our family. Autopark is such a preference for all four of our Honda's that we always got our Toyota Sienna serviced there when it was allowed of course. More
Auto Park, overall, is very good. I've bought two cars there, and shopped there several times. Over the years, I've dealt with a couple of employees who were less than impressive. But the important people - on-the-floor sales and sales management - have been great. I have bought a car from Don Hillenbrand and and Michael Kennedy. Don was great and Michael was exceptional. I also worked with Malik Moss briefly, who was also great. Robert McKenna isn't Mr. Congeniality, but that shouldn't matter in a sales manager. He's polite enough, and more importantly, he's direct and more than fair with this pricing. These individuals were smart, knowledgeable, straight-forward, and nice. As long as this persists, I will continue to drive out-of-my-way to buy my future Hondas from Auto Park. More
My overall experience with Auto Park Honda has been great mainly because of Charlie Bruce. I met him two years ago on my first visit to Auto Park. I purchased a honda from him then. He is very personable and tries to meet the needs of the customer. Charlie is the reason I returned to Auto Park to trade for another new honda. Before I left the lot with my new car he went showed me features of the navigation and radio system and answered any questions I had. I really appreciated the hands on demonstration as opposed to having to come home and trying to find answers in the owners manual. I am a very satisfied customer and will return to Auto Park Honda for future purchases. More

I am not a quick consumer when it comes to purchasing cars. I work in Rocky Mount and live in Clayton and visited 4 dealerships, 3 being Honda dealerships over a 3 week period. We visited your dealership on 3 different occassions before making the decision. We negotiated by phone and he recommended us to come in on Sunday to fill out final paperwork for ease of flow. It was great...Luigi was hospitable and quick. I was home in no time. I am a hotel executive and understand how hard it is to find great service oriented employees who know how to make "everybody" feel like a "somebody". Contacted Caitlin by email inquiring about price matching a quote from another dealer on a silver 2014 Accord Cpe EX-L with Navi. after several email exchanges, price was agreed upon and I was told the vehic a quote from another dealer on a silver 2014 Accord Cpe EX-L with Navi. after several email exchanges, price was agreed upon and I was told the vehicle was in stock and available. Set up a time and date to come in and purchase the specific vehicle. Caitlin asked me to ask for Carl Salyer when I came in for my appointment. Arrived at dealership on the specific date and time, asked for Carl who had no knowledge of my conversations with Caitlin, he passed me off to salesperson Don Rigsbee who spent more than 30 minutes looking for the vehicle I had requested, only to come and tell me that it was no longer available that the General Manager of the dealership had decided to take that vehicle for his demo and I was just out of luck. The dealership then offered to locate a car for me and they could have it there in 5-7 days as the nearest car with the same equipment was in the far western part of the state. They tried to contact the General Manager to see if they could get the car back to the dealership, but he wouldn't answer their calls. I was very upset that I had taken off work, set and appointment for a specific car and the reply I got was "sorry, but the General Manager can do whatever he wants and there is nothing we can do about it." I contacted the dealer in Fayetteville, NC that was 1.5 hours away that gave me the original quote for the identical car to the one at Cary AutoPark. They still had the car, I was then told by Carl Salyer from AutoPark that the locator didn't show that car being in stk in Fayetteville, and if it was there, it would have been padded with alot of accessories to run up the price. Called the Fayetteville dealer back car was there, price they originally quoted would be honored, drove 1.5 hours to Fayetteville dealer, car was detailed and ready to go, price given was honored and sticker wasn't padded. A very pleasant experience. Autopark Honda needs to take lessons from the dealer in Fayetteville on how to treat customers. They especially need to work on their internet inquiry to sale conversion process and their inter-dealer communications. They lost a sale today and probably another in the coming year I am looking to upgrade my SUV and a Pilot Touring is what I am considering, but it will not be from AutoPark Honda based on how I was treated today. More
