Todd Stephens runs a first rate service department; apparently he only hires the BEST people for his employees. 3RD Vehicle I'm purchasing from Autopark Honda, they are really part of my life and I can count on them like family. For this particular purchase I was trading in...I had called ahead of time knowing what I was looking for and Mr Perfect aka Charlie told me just come in and we will have everything ready - I pulled up to be greeted by both Charlie and Maria in sales (whose knowledge is impeccable and engery is bright and lively...she is just oozing with awesomeness). Every time I visit it seems to get even more excellent then the last (even though at the time I think it can't get any better) the process is always easy, direct and quick. Maria was gracious the whole way. Then Bill in finance sealed my deal...he was a pleasure to work with and had an unforgettable personality...I feel really lucky to have such a wonderful experience when purchasing my vehicle and I'm very grateful for each and everyone I get to interact with at Autopark Honda (cause seriously I can't find another place where there is so much awesomeness under one roof.)
