See I wasn’t going to do this but the more I think about this, the more it angers me. I’ve purchased multiple vehicles from them, and it never fails there has always been something wrong with the vehicle wh this, the more it angers me. So I should have known better then to go back, but they had a truck that caught my eye. Before I even made the FIRST PAYMENT, the check engine light comes on. Ok no problem, take it in because it’s under warranty. Well, when I bought the truck, it only came with 1 key. So the salesman orders me one and says to just bring it in to get it programmed. So while my truck is in the shop, I dropped the key off. Come to find out, the key isn’t a MOPAR key, nor is it compatible. But guess who is still forced to PAY the $200 reprogram fee?! That’s right…this guy. I bring this fact up that the SALESMAN (Andy) gave me the key, and I’m told basically too bad. So now I’m out $200, no key and have to PURCHASE ANOTHER ONE AND PAY AGAIN TO HAVE IT PROGRAMMED. This will be the LAST vehicle I purchase from them. Nothing but problems, hassles, and lies More

I took my new 2022 Dodge Ram to Aberdeen for same service as above and the charge was $ 172.00. They charged me $ 96 because they gave me a DISCOUNT ?? A-lot. Avoid this dealership if you are serious about your time, vehicle maintenance, or looking for an average price to sell your vehicle or trade it in. I sold this vehicle to another local dealership for 8k more than they offered me. The sales staff is helpful and easy to work with, but ANY interactions you have after the sale will be a problem if it envolves anyone but your direct salesperson.
